Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, warm, and inviting classroom environment that fosters learning and growth


• Communicate effectively with families to encourage partnership and support, and maintain daily records of student progress and activities


• Develop strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote parent and community engagement


• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and maintain a high-quality standard of care for every child

Requirements:

• Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families


• Positive attitude and self-image, with a commitment to innovation and creativity


• Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children


• HS Diploma or GED required, with a willingness to pass state-required background checks
