Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-Side) | Fully Remote – Up to $200k
Location/Schedule: Fully Remote
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus aggressive commission-based bonuses)
Practice: Employment Litigation – Plaintiff-side discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, whistleblower, and complex employment disputes.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Litigate employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage & hour, and whistleblower claims.
- Handle cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
- Prepare and negotiate high-value demands and settlements.
- Build strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes in contingency-based matters.
- Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active bar admission in NY, NJ, or another key jurisdiction.
- 3–8+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
