Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
Champion the use of AI-driven testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Design and execute complex end-to-end automated test scripts that validate critical business processes.
Develop automated tests specifically for API and integration layers.
Oversee the QA team, including task assignment, performance reviews, and professional development.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and immediate feedback on code quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
2+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior role, managing and mentoring QA engineers.
Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration test automation frameworks in a multi-application environment.
Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and source control (e.g., Git).
Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
Deep knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
