Location: New York (Fully Remote) Practice Area: Bankruptcy & Restructuring Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney with a strong focus on Chapter 11 matters to join its growing practice. This is a fully remote position, open to attorneys licensed in New York, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated restructuring matters while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance. Responsibilities β’ Handle complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring matters from inception through resolution β’ Represent debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings β’ Draft and review pleadings, motions, plans of reorganization, disclosure statements, and related filings β’ Provide strategic legal advice to clients on restructuring, insolvency, and related financial issues Qualifications β’ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school β’ Active New York bar admission β’ 3+ years of bankruptcy experience, with significant exposure to Chapter 11 cases Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 β $200,000 annually.
