- What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, with a focus on serving our Spanish-speaking community.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing tailored advice and outstanding service.
- Leverage market insights to help clients make informed decisions about property values and trends.
- Host property showings, open houses, and negotiate deals to close transactions successfully.
- Grow your personal brand and network within the local real estate market.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to remain a trusted advisor.
- What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish (bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus).
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for real estate and client success.
- Knowledge of the Southwest Florida real estate market is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, with reliable transportation.
