Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Must have Own Equipment !!

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support Medicaid enrollment services in a high-volume call center environment. This is a fully remote opportunity with long-term potential.

Languages Needed (Fluent in English + 1):

Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Creole, Korean

    Pay:
  • $17/hr – Spanish
  • $18/hr – All other listed languages
    Schedule:
  • Schedule -Mon–Fri - 8 hour shift in between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (as needed)
  • Must be flexible to assigned shift
  • Full attendance required
  • Training: First 4 weeks -Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST
  • Nesting: Following 4 weeks
  • Attendance: Perfect attendance required during training and nesting periods
    Equipment Requirements:
  • Computer: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB RAM, and at least 256GB hard drive.
  • No Celeron or Pentium processors.
  • MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, and tablets are not compatible.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
  • Internet: Wired connection with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB connection preferred.
  • Camera: Required for training sessions.

  • Internet Speed Test: Use https://speed.cloudflare.com/ to verify your connection. Take a full screenshot (include map & IP address).
  • Computer Processor Specs: Find your processor details (Windows Key > Search "Processor") and send a screenshot (must be Intel Core i5 or higher).
  • Smartphone: Ensure you have an Android or Apple smartphone capable of installing necessary applications.
  • Headset: Verify you have a suitable wired headset.
  • Storage: Confirm at least 30GB of free space on your device.
  • Submission: Compile screenshots and information from steps 1–5 into a single email and send to [email protected] for review. ( meaning you should be sending over 4 screenshots in 1 email to me )
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
