Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance
- Develop and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals
- Assist with merchandising, product launches, and inventory management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business initiatives and growth
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize store operations and customer experiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
