Responsibilities
Enter billing and payment information into internal systems
Review invoices and account records for accuracy
Update customer and billing information as needed
Maintain organized digital billing files
Assist with account documentation and reporting
Support administrative and clerical tasks related to billing operations
Respond to internal billing record requests
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial records
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred
Basic understanding of billing or account processes is a plus
Strong typing and computer skills
Excellent organizational abilities
