About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage VMS software: setup new accounts, data uploads, user management.
- Accounts Payable: Input invoices, write & process checks.
- Download payment files from bank.
- Monthly / Quarterly / Annual co-owner billing.
- ACH withdrawals.
- Bank deposits.
- Investment Management: purchase new CD's, monitor terms and rates, closeout CD's.
- Bank management: set up new accounts, transfer funds, upload files.
- Generate month end financial statements, bank reconciliations.
- General ledger journal entries, prepaid insurance worksheets.
- Payroll for communities.
- Budget management: preparing budget templates and assist managers, input to VMS.
- Coupon management: ordering coupons, annual mailing.
- Monitor Workman's Comp audits.
- Copies/postage: compile data from copiers and postage machine, generate payments to THG.
- Manage Highlander management contracts, update spreadsheet, generate monthly management invoices for payment.
- Work with accountants to have fiscal year end review and tax returns generated and distributed.
- Requirements
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
