Bookkeeper/Experienced in QuickBook Online (Bilingual: English-Spanish)
We are a company in constant growth and movement, with more than 20 years of experience in the Construction market and the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry.
We are looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager who is capable of organizing and directing the Accounting and Administrative part of our company.
Duties related to the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ā Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks Online.
Ā Knowledge related to Payroll.
Ā Data entry tasks such as timesheets and estimates
Ā Advanced knowledge in handling MS Office and MS Excel.
Ā Perform weekly billing, monitoring of accounts receivable, deposits and income recognition.
Ā Maintain all the documentation generated daily well organized and logically filed: Invoicing of Purchases / Sales, Inputs and Outputs of supplies to the Warehouse.
Ā Assist in the process of incorporation of new employees: Make the respective call, review the applications, select potential candidates and schedule interviews with the Administrative Manager.
Ā Keep the office well organized and in good repair.
Ā Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed.
Requirements:
Ā Bilingual: English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
Ā QuickBooks Online: 3 years (Required)
Ā Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and sometimes work under pressure.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Good presence, suitable for office work.
Ā Research skills.
