Serve as a critical bridge between Finance and Technology
Translate business strategy into system-enabled solutions that improve financial operations, billing accuracy, and reporting
Partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional leaders to define requirements
Optimize processes and ensure technology platforms effectively support financial operations
Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle
Develop and maintain business requirements documents and functional specifications
Ensure alignment between Finance business needs and enterprise platforms
Identify process gaps and recommend automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements
Partner with Product Owners and Platform teams to translate requirements into user stories
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a technology-enabled business environment
5–10 years of experience supporting financial systems, billing platforms, or enterprise technology implementations
Experience leading business requirements, functional specifications, testing cycles, and release readiness across multiple systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
