Major Insurance Carrier seeking Business Analyst with QA & UAT experience for continuing business process change, upgrade and improvement projects.
• ** Perform business analysis activities on business processes and services.
• ** Prepare and maintain project documentation such as use cases, user stories and workflow.
• ** Manage user acceptance processes including development of test scenarios, test plans and acceptance criteria.
• ** Assess current business models and processes and needs to integrate with modernized software solutions.
• ** Develop and document Business and Technical Requirements, Configuration Requirements, Testing Plans, etc.
• ** Create Data Maps as needed.
• ** Manage User Acceptance testing (UAT):

• -- Develop test scenarios, test scripts and acceptance criteria;

• -- Serve as project liaison;

• -- Develop, document and manage requirements;

• -- Create and update Project Work Breakdown Structure;

• -- Author, monitor and update Project Budget, Risks, Schedule, Testing and Project Communication Plans.

• -- Report project status, project risks, project issues and acquire direction regarding project decisions.

Requires:
• ** Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
• ** Successful track record in test management.
• ** Knowledge of risk based testing scope management.
