Business Development Manager – IoT / Digital Engineering (IT Services & Consulting)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth in IoT and Digital Engineering services. This is a business development role focused on client managment, new logo acquisition, strategic deal shaping, and expanding footprint across key industry verticals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development for IoT & Digital Engineering services across target accounts
- Build and execute account penetration strategies to generate pipeline and revenue growth
- Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to position digital transformation solutions
- Collaborate with solutioning, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop strong relationships with clients and ecosystem partners
- Stay updated on market trends in
IoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML, Edge Computing, and Digital Engineering
- Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in
- IT Services / Consulting sales
- Strong experience selling
IoT / Digital Engineering services
- (Embedded, Connected Products, Smart Manufacturing, etc)
- Demonstrated success in closing mid to large-sized deals
- Strong network with enterprise clients across industries (Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Automotive, BFS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail-CPG etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and
- CXO-level engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
