    Job Description:
  • As a Business Growth Advisor, you'll partner with Account Managers to empower Scorpion’s Legal team to achieve their growth ambitions.
  • You'll focus on nurturing client relationships, interpreting data, and aligning marketing tactics with client goals.
  • Lead high-level strategic consultations with clients to align digital marketing investments with their broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue tailored upsell opportunities that meet client needs using data-driven insights.
  • Leverage Scorpion’s proprietary analytics platforms to analyze complex data, generate clear insights, and create customized reports.
  • Partner with internal teams—including product, data, and marketing—to deliver seamless, comprehensive solutions for clients.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience and experience in account growth or consultative sales.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding performance targets and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and presentation software.
