Understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and supporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP & CSRD is a plus.
4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficient in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
2+ years of processing mapping and proficiency in BPMN.
Ability to turn data and analysis into clear stories and actionable insights.
Understanding of automation and integration technologies.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
2+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration /development, and delivery of business process solutions.
Ability to interact and collaborate with diverse cross-functional groups
Self-directed, independent worker able to start from high level objectives and able to deliver detailed analysis.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft 365.
Experience with Lucid Charts is a plus.
