    JOB DESCRIPTIONTITLE: Consultant Sr Lead, Professional Services - Prof ServicesLOCATION: IndiaEXPERIENCE: 10+ yearsHIRING TYPE: RighthireROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a 10 + years experienced Technical Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice. Role requires 3 PM to 12 AM Indian time zone.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support end to end implementations for reconciliation and payment investigation platforms
  • Functional experience with IntelliMatch and Payment Investigation Manager (PIM) (or equivalent)
  • Configure reconciliation rules, workflows, tolerances, controls, and exception handling
  • Configure case lifecycle, workflows, SLAs, queues, escalations, and notifications
  • Lead requirements gathering, functional design, and testing (UT, SIT, UAT)
  • Perform technical setup and support including installation, upgrades, environments, and troubleshooting
  • Support go live, post implementation stabilization, and ongoing production support
  • Key Skills
  • Reconciliation & Payment Investigation platforms (IntelliMatch, DIM, PIM)
  • SWIFT MT/MX, payment operations knowledge
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Strong technical experience with reconciliation platforms, preferably IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager (DIM) or equivalent tools
  • Proven hands on experience with IntelliMatch installation, upgrades, and environment setup
  • Solid expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL Server (installation, configuration, upgrades)
  • Experience managing multi environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR)
  • Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance support
  • Knowledge of high availability, DR setups, and failover concepts
  • Experience conducting technical health checks and performance tuning
  • Secondary Skill Set:
  • Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployments (Azure / hosted environments)
  • Experience with reporting, archival, or document management components
  • Basic understanding of ETL processes and data flows
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and DBAs
