Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and is seeking a passionate and certified Early Childhood Educator to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities for young children, all from the convenience of your home. You will utilize digital platforms and innovative teaching methods to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of child development principles, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating virtual learning environment. You will work collaboratively with parents and other educators to ensure the holistic well-being and educational progress of each child.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative and educational lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards. Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences through virtual platforms. Assess children's progress and provide individualized support and feedback. Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's development and learning. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive virtual classroom environment. Utilize various digital tools and resources to enhance learning. Plan and facilitate virtual group activities, games, and storytelling sessions. Ensure the safety and well-being of children during virtual interactions. Collaborate with fellow educators and administrators to share best practices and improve curriculum. Stay current with research and trends in early childhood education and remote learning. Prepare and maintain accurate records of children's participation and progress. Organize virtual parent-teacher conferences and workshops.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Valid state-issued early childhood educator certification or license. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting. Proficiency in using educational technology and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom). Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing virtual learning environment. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Background check and fingerprinting required.
