Job Title: Sr. Change Communication Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Change Communication Specialist to support a high-impact transformation initiative within a global, highly matrixxed corporate environment.
- This role will work closely with the client's Transformation Office to plan, create, and deliver communications that engage stakeholders, align leadership, and drive change adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Communications Planning & Implementation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change communications strategy aligned with the transformation program's phases.
- Create cohesive messaging that ties to the client's overall purpose and strategy.
- Identify and highlight key milestones to unify communication across workstreams.
- Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously optimize plans. Stakeholder Engagement
- Design a stakeholder engagement strategy that addresses various workstreams and parallel interventions.
- Execute timely engagement activities across all major project milestones.
- Track stakeholder engagement effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed. Writing & Messaging
- Craft compelling program messaging, including the case for change, proof points, and business impacts.
- Develop content that contextualizes transformation efforts within broader business goals.
- Translate complex change initiatives into clear, engaging, and action-oriented communications. Deliverables & Program Updates

- Proven experience delivering change communications in a global corporate environment , ideally within a highly matrixxed organization .
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and proofreading.
- Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic planning, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and document editing.
