WELLiO a growing mobile wellness platform delivering premium massage, esthetics, acupuncture, yoga, and other wellness services directly to individuals and corporate teams. We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client & Provider Coordination Assistant to support bookings, scheduling, and administrative operations as we expand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys being the connective thread between clients, service providers, and leadership.

    Duties
  • Coordinate client bookings and confirmations
  • Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Communicate with providers regarding availability and logistics
  • Track documentation (licenses, insurance, onboarding forms)
  • Maintain organized booking records
  • Support administrative workflow and operational systems
    What We're Looking For
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
  • Prior administrative or coordination experience preferred

Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or startups is a plus.
