- Who You Are
- Advanced degree (or in progress) or professional expertise in Clinical Psychiatry or related fields (Psychopharmacology, Psychotherapy, Abnormal Psychology, etc.)
- Experience as a professor, researcher, clinician, or consultant in the field
- Strong English writing and editing skills; detail-oriented
- Comfortable working asynchronously with occasional check-ins
- U.S.-based (excluding California, Texas, and Illinois)
- Bonus: Background in test item writing, exam development, or AI
