COMMISSION-ONLY — Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager

Real Estate Wholesaling + Investing Media + Events

We’re building a real estate investing media brand and live event engine (workshops + tours). Your job is to bring sponsors and partners that want access to this audience — and then keep them long-term through clean delivery, reporting, and renewals.

This is not a “DM spammer” role. This is real partnership sales: target the right brands, pitch cleanly, negotiate terms, and make sponsors happy so they renew.

Commission-only. Results only.

What You’ll Own

1) Sponsorship Sales (Outbound + Inbound)

    You will build and manage a sponsor pipeline across:
  • Real estate investor tools/software (CRMs, skip trace, dialers, cold email, data, comps)
  • Funding/lending (hard money, DSCR, private lending platforms)
  • Title/escrow/insurance partners
  • Education communities, masterminds, events
  • Proptech, AI tools, marketing vendors
  • Local event sponsors when we tour (venues, gyms, restaurants, transportation, etc.)
    You’ll pitch sponsorship packages for:
  • YouTube integrations (in-video segments, series sponsorships, “presented by”)
  • Instagram + Facebook placements (posts, reels, stories, lives)
  • Newsletter/SMS sponsor mentions (where compliant and relevant)
  • Workshops/tours (stage mentions, signage, booths, giveaways, co-branded sessions)
  • Hybrid bundles (digital + events) so sponsors get more touches and stay longer
    2) Packaging + Offer Clarity (Make it Easy to Say Yes)
  • Create clear sponsor packages with deliverables and timelines
  • Keep packages simple, scannable, and outcome-oriented
  • Make sure what we sell is what we can deliver — no overpromising
    3) Negotiation + Contracting
  • Negotiate deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, approvals, and timelines
  • Lock everything in writing with clean terms
  • Coordinate assets: logos, talking points, links, codes, disclaimers
    4) Fulfillment + Proof (So They Renew)
  • Coordinate posting schedules + in-event placements
  • After each drop/event: send proof and recap (links, screenshots, attendance notes)
  • Keep a record of every deliverable shipped
    5) Renewal Engine (Where You Make Real Money)
  • Follow up on results
  • Upsell bigger bundles over time
  • Turn one-off sponsors into long-term partners

What Counts as a Win

    You are measured on:
  • Sponsors closed
  • Sponsors renewed
  • Sponsor fulfillment completed cleanly and on time
  • Strength of pipeline (active conversations moving forward)

If it doesn’t close or renew, it’s noise.

Commission-Only (No Base)

    You earn commission on:
  • New sponsorships you close
  • Renewals you secure
  • Expanded partner packages you negotiate
  • Long-term agreements you lock in

Performance only. If you produce, you’ll have unlimited runway.

    Non-Negotiables (A-Player Standards)
  • You can pitch confidently without sounding needy
  • You follow up relentlessly without being annoying
  • You negotiate clean terms and control the process
  • You don’t disappear after the deal closes
  • You are organized: pipeline, next steps, delivery dates, proof sent

    Required Experience
  • Partnerships / sponsorship sales / media sales / affiliate partnerships / biz dev
  • Comfortable with daily outreach (email + DM + calls)
  • Strong writing and communication
    Bonus
  • You’ve sold sponsorships in real estate, finance, marketing, or SaaS
  • You understand compliance basics for SMS/email promotions (opt-in language, no shady blasts)

Inventory You Can Sell (What Sponsors Get)

    Digital
  • YouTube: in-video sponsor segments, series sponsorships, pinned comment + description placements
  • IG/FB: reels, stories, posts, lives, community engagement
  • Email/SMS: sponsor mentions to an opted-in audience (only if relevant and compliant)
    Events
  • Workshops: stage mentions, signage, tables/booths, giveaways, co-branded sessions
  • Tours: sponsor “presented by” placements, on-site brand presence, follow-up promos

How to Apply (Hard Filter)

Send:

1. 2–3 sponsorships/partnerships you’ve closed (industry + what you sold)

2. A sample pitch email to a sponsor for this real estate audience

3. A sample follow-up sequence (3 messages) that you’d send if they don’t respond

4. The top sponsor categories you’d target first (10 categories)

“Quick question — are you currently sponsoring creators or events to reach active real estate investors? We run a wholesaling/investing media brand across YouTube + IG/FB and we host live workshops/tours.     Internal System You’ll Run (Simple, Effective)
  • Sponsor CRM stages: Target → Contacted → Interested → Call Booked → Proposal Sent → Negotiating → Closed → Fulfillment → Renewal
  • Weekly sponsor pipeline review (what moved, what stalled, next actions)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
