Concierge Team for Airbnb Business and general VA

Role: Operations Virtual Assistant

Rate: $3/hour (Hourly Contract)

Location: Remote — must work in Dubai Time (GMT+4)

We’re a Dubai-based hospitality company managing high-end short-term rental apartments. We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Operations VA to support our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate check-ins, cleanings, and maintenance tasks

• Follow up with guests and suppliers using internal communication tools

• Register guest and vehicle details with building management

• Schedule apartment services (like sofa cleaning)

• Track damages and update internal spreadsheets

• Follow standard procedures for guest verification and deposits

Schedule:

• To Be Confirmed based on other team shift (Dubai Time)

• 6 days per week

• 1 day off per week

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with vacation rental platforms or property management tools (guesty, airbnb, booking.com)

• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented and self-directed

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and online tools
