Join Our Team as a Dynamic Event Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide operational support for Meetings, Congresses, and Events. This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension, offering flexible hours and the option to work from home, with one day per week in Princeton.Responsibilities
  • Provide event planning and vendor coordination support.
  • Manage association and vendor outreach to secure necessary services for events.
  • Handle event registrations, exhibit booth requirements, and attendee accommodations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate workflows for attendee, housing, and registration processes.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA).
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Trade show and event management experience.
  • Preferences
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
