Construction & Mechanical Estimator - Remote

The Role: Prepare winning estimates for plumbing, mechanical, and general construction projects. Work efficiently using modern tools (AI-enabled estimating software). Communicate directly with foremen, plumbers, and carpenters.
- Required:
- Proven wins for union construction companies (US market, Florida preferred)
- Expertise: plumbing, mechanical, general construction estimating
- Field supervisory experience (practical understanding of trades)
- Fluent English - field communication essential
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, high accuracy standards
- Efficient workflow - leverage technology, minimize hours per estimate
- Deep understanding of construction trades and methods
- Compensation:
- Bonus structure: project wins + gross margin performance, paid at project completion
- Travel expenses covered (occasional site visits)
- Flexible start: contractor ā part-time ā full-time option
