Construction Project Manager – Luxury Retail or High End Restaurants (Remote) | 2 Openings A nationally recognized commercial general contractor specializing in luxury retail OR high-end restaurants and flagship brand environments is seeking two experienced Construction Project Managers to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, design-driven projects where schedule, quality, and brand standards are critical.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Managing luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Leading bidding, estimating, and proposal preparation for new projects
  • Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Working closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, architects, and design teams to ensure projects meet brand standards and timelines
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communications
  • Coordinating the procurement and logistics of specialty fixtures, finishes, and materials common to high-end retail environments
  • Maintaining project documentation and reporting through Procore or similar construction management platforms
  • Serving as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met
    What They’re Looking For
  • Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer experience within commercial construction
  • Strong experience with luxury retail, flagship retail, or high-end hospitality interiors
  • Deep understanding of interior build-outs, high-end finishes, millwork, and brand standards
  • Experience managing multiple projects across different markets
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with experience interfacing directly with clients and design teams
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects with tight timelines and high expectations
    Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Willingness to travel periodically to project sites nationwide
