The Opportunity

We are hiring a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex, large-scale commercial construction projects. This is not a coordination role. You will lead from conception to completion, manage multidisciplinary teams, and be the face of the project to our clients.

This role is remote with 20-40% travel and offers a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 plus benefits.

Projects will be in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Francisco.

What You Will Do
• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and closeout
• Build and lead teams of subcontractors, engineers, and architects
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project
• Control budgets, track costs, and manage change orders on projects $15M+
• Drive quality standards and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Manage internal team dynamics and resolve conflict before it affects delivery
• Identify risk early and solve problems before they become delays

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• 10-12+ years managing large-scale commercial construction projects
• A proven track record of managing internal teams and conflict management
• Experience delivering projects over $15M with timelines of 24+ months
• Strong financial acumen, client communication, and conflict management skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred; PMP, CCM, or LEED AP a plus
