- *The Opportunity**
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated
- *Construction Recruiter**
- to join our team. This role is dedicated to recruiting
- *permanent hires**
- for key construction management positions, including
- *Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other leadership roles**
- . You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients to understand their needs and delivering high-quality candidates who drive results.
- *Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and place construction management professionals in permanent roles.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Partner with construction firms, developers, and contractors to understand staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment process: intake, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Stay current on industry trends, salary ranges, and regional construction market dynamics.
- *Qualifications
- Minimum
- *2+ years of recruiting experience**
- (construction or technical recruiting preferred).
- Proven success in permanent placements within construction management roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry positions (Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools preferred.
