Contract attorney- update and finish interior design services agreement

am the owner of a startup interior design business and currently have an Interior Design Services Agreement that I would like reviewed and updated.

I’m looking for an attorney or legal professional with experience in service-based contracts and Washington State law to help ensure the agreement is properly structured and includes any recommended provisions.

Scope of work:

• Review my existing Interior Design Services Agreement

• Update language to ensure it complies with Washington State law

• Suggest any additional clauses that are standard or recommended for interior design firms (e.g., scope of services, payment terms, procurement, liability, cancellations, etc.)

• Provide a clean revised version of the agreement

Ideal experience:

• Contract law / small business agreements

• Experience with interior design, architecture, or creative service contracts is a plus

• Familiarity with Washington State business law

This is likely a short-term project reviewing and revising an existing document.
