Job Description Beyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Position: Registered Behavior Therapist Pay: $30.00 per hour Where And How You Can Work In-person sessions in Tracy/Stockton Home, school, and community-based settings Part-time schedule Availability required: MondayâFriday, 3:00 PM â 7:30 PM Estimated hours per week: 6-10 What Youâd Be Doing In This Role Youâll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways. What Youâll Do Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills Collect and record session data as required Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client You're Probably A Match If You enjoy working with children and making a difference Youâre patient, reliable, and eager to learn You thrive in hands-on, people-centered roles You value culturally responsive and compassionate care You Are Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Open to feedback and ongoing learning Adaptable in working with diverse families and communities A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset You Have Current RBT certification High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.) Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area Consistent availability MondayâFriday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome) Ability to pass a background check CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one) Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination What Youâll Learn And How Youâll Develop At Beyou Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Practical experience in behavioral health, mental health, special education, and related fields Professional skills through mentorship and clinical supervision Exposure to culturally responsive, human-centered therapy practices About The Team Beyou Behavior Therapy was founded by two parents of children on the Autism Spectrum who believe that compassionate, effective ABA care should be accessible to all.
