As the Country Lead for the UK, you will lead Pump's expansion into the UK market. You will develop and execute the GTM strategy, build and lead a high-performing team, and establish Pump as a leader in cloud cost optimization in the UK..

    Responsibilities -
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Pump's GTM strategy for the UK, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, customer success, and technical support.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Pump's market share and customer base in the UK.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including AWS, channel partners, and customers.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural norms while aligning with global corporate policies.
    Qualifications -
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successfully managing business operations and GTM strategies, preferably in the cloud computing or IT services industry.
  • Experience building and scaling startups, preferably from a small team to a larger organization.
  • Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem and experience in cloud cost management or similar fields.
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of adapting to the fast-paced technology landscape.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, proficient in English and local languages.
