CPA – QuickBooks, Business Tax Filings, and Client Accounting (Remote)

We are a tax resolution firm expanding our services to help business owner clients achieve financial stability and growth. As part of this expansion, we are building a dedicated CPA team to provide hands-on accounting, bookkeeping, and tax support.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong QuickBooks experience who can work directly with clients to provide full bookkeeping, reconciliation, and tax preparation support. This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours/week) with clear growth opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage QuickBooks for small business clients
- Prepare and file 1065 (partnership) and 1120/1120S (corporate) tax returns
- Assist with transaction categorization and bookkeeping
- Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit card, AR/AP)
- Oversee financial reporting for business clients
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Collaborate with clients to improve financial organization and compliance
- Support business owners in becoming financially solvent and prosperous
- Qualifications
- Active CPA license (required)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and/or online)
- Experience preparing 1065 and 1120/1120S business tax returns
- Solid knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail in bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
- Compensation & Benefits
- $35/hour starting pay
- 40 hours per week (remote)
- Review & raise after 60 days based on performance
