Curriculum Developer for STEM Programs
Our client, a forward-thinking educational institution in **Fort Worth, Texas, US**, is seeking a creative and experienced Curriculum Developer for its STEM programs. This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and engaging curricula that align with national educational standards and promote student learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM education, instructional design principles, and curriculum development methodologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to define learning objectives, designing instructional materials (lesson plans, activities, assessments), and ensuring curricula are up-to-date with the latest advancements and pedagogical best practices. You will evaluate and revise existing curricula based on feedback and performance data. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital educational tools is highly desirable. This position requires excellent writing, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a relevant STEM field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in curriculum development.
