Customer Advocate - Data Entry (Remote Opportunity)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Advocate - Data Entry to join our team at Workwarp. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to written inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft suite and demonstrate strong computer skills
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
