As a Customer Care Associate I - Remote, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to careerzynith members and providers regarding programs, policies, and procedures. Your goal will be to provide outstanding service, resolve member and provider needs on the first call, and meet or exceed operational production and quality standards. You'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer care and shape the future of careerzynith.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Actively listen to and probe callers to determine the purpose of their calls, providing professional and timely support.
  • Research and communicate information regarding member eligibility, benefits, EAP services, claim status, and authorization inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Resolve customer administrative concerns, including claim resolutions and expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Identify and bring to the attention of responsible entities any operational problems or inefficiencies.
  • Assist in the mentoring and training of new staff members.
  • Assume full responsibility for self-development and career progression, proactively seeking and participating in ongoing training sessions.
  • Comprehensively assemble and enter patient information into the appropriate delivery system to initiate EAP, Care, and Utilization management programs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in areas such as job duties and schedule to better serve members and achieve business and operational goals.
  • *Requirements**
  • GED or High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Proficient typist (avg. 35+ WPM) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maneuver through various computer platforms while verifying information on all calls.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
