Customer Care Travel Planner
Role Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our expanding virtual team as Customer Care Travel Planners. In this remote position, you'll help support clients as they prepare for upcoming trips by coordinating travel details, providing planning assistance, and ensuring every stage of the process stays organized and on schedule.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people, managing multiple tasks, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are included.
Key Duties
Communicate with clients to discuss travel preferences, schedules, and vacation goals
Assist with arranging hotels, transportation, cruises, tours, and activity reservations
Research travel options and availability through approved supplier platforms
Provide timely updates regarding confirmations, itinerary progress, and next steps
Respond professionally to questions through phone, email, and online communication tools
Help manage booking adjustments, service requests, and follow-up support
Keep detailed and organized records within internal systems
Participate in onboarding sessions, virtual workshops, and ongoing development programs
