As a Customer Experience Champion: Delivery Station Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and setting expectations. Your expertise will help us exceed customer expectations and make careerzynith the most customer-centric company on Earth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and set expectations
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolving issues and making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
