- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Champion: Delivery Station Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and setting expectations. Your expertise will help us exceed customer expectations and make careerzynith the most customer-centric company on Earth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and set expectations
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
- Resolving issues and making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer
- Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
- Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
- Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule
- *Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- A High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- The ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
