Part-Time REMOTE Customer Care Agent (Cares Car Wash)

For for our customers, our team, and our community. We’re looking for a friendly, positive, and reliable Customer Care Agent to join our team part-time!
- What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care
- Help resolve questions about memberships, services, and locations
- Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience
- Support our team with light administrative tasks
- What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a benefit.
- Schedule:
- Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
- Must be available weekends (4–6 hours on Saturday & Sunday)

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
