As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in driving our success and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with website or application-related issues and providing product or service information
- Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our client system
- Transferring data from documents into our client's system
- Making outbound calls to collect customer information as needed
- Performing additional duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Availability to complete online training with 100% attendance (paid at $15.25/hour)
- The ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure you can perform at your best, you will need:
- A desktop or laptop with a Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer operating system
- A dual-core 2 GHz or better processor (i5+ or Ryzen equivalent recommended)
- 8GB or more of RAM
- Wired peripherals (keyboard, mouse, and headset)
- Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum 20MB download and 10MB upload speed
- A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation
- An active, functioning webcam
- A second monitor/screen
