- Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Assist customers with product information, sales inquiries, and service-related questions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks.
- Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and typing capabilities.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Demonstrated experience in cash handling is an advantage.
