- *Your Role as a Customer Service Representative**
As a CSR, you'll be the face of arenaflex Pet Hospital, both at the front desk and occasionally in the treatment area. You'll play a vital role in making our clients feel welcome and ensuring their pets receive the best care possible. You'll work alongside experienced, supportive teammates who love what they do, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and patient check-ins/outs
- Support the team with occasional tasks in the back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and payment processing

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a veterinary hospital or clinic
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with medical software and electronic medical records
