As a Contact Center Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their event and order-related questions
  • Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause, and resolving issues fairly and constructively
  • Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing support and guidance beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
  • Navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
  • Managing in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

As you progress in your role, you can expect to:

  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in the live event industry (30 days)
  • Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers (30 days)
  • Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems (30 days)
  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively (60 days)
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities (60 days)
  • Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance (60 days)
  • Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals (90 days)

  • 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off
  • 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off

You'll receive a competitive base salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
