We're seeking talented and ski-passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team and provide unparalleled support to our clients throughout their ski holiday journey.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at WeSki, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the initial booking process to their return from their ski trip. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with your knowledge of the travel and ski industry.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout their ski holiday journey

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, offering pre-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the trip

  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap

  • Liaise between WeSki customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates

  • Work independently while receiving support from a broader team

Key Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in customer service

  • 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C

  • Experience working with support and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, Intercom)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems

  • Ski experience is an advantage

Schedule:


  • Rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings

  • 5-day work week

  • Available shift times: 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm (with adjustments for Daylight Savings Time)

Contract Details:


  • Contract duration: up to 8 months, with an option for renewal
