Job description: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – This job is responsible for working as an active member of the branch sales/service team to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer products/services and the documents used for new accounts. A high school diploma or equivalent, specialized banking education/training, and a minimum of three years’ related banking and/or sales experience required.

SENIOR TELLER – This job performs duties to support the bank branch paying/receiving function and requires technical supervisory skills to provide assistance in training of new tellers. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years’ teller experience required.
