As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling escalated calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complex service issues.
  • Managing department staffing, daily phone coverage, and training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing employees.
  • Interacting with internal and external contacts on behalf of customers to expedite problem resolution.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to resolve issues and escalate problems/issues/requests in an expedited manner.
  • Documenting customer interactions, established next steps, and following through to completion.
  • Ensuring facility compliance with monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Managing special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to become an expert in the rehabilitation reimbursement process and project confidence.

  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
