Customer Support and Operations Specialist
We're seeking a Client Support & Operations Coordinator to help manage client communication, oversee workflow organization, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client communication and day-to-day workflow tasks
Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and support throughout the process
Organize schedules, confirmations, and operational updates as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
Provide professional, solution-focused support in client-facing situations
Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Customer service, coordination, or administrative experience preferred but not required
