As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.   • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Utilize knowledge of streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills, to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide exceptional support

  • *Qualifications:**
  • Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience, with a strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

  • Excellent Internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
