Data Analyst - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20 hrs/week

About the position

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable data analysts based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered data analysis systems.

Responsibilities
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and practical aspects of data-driven decision making
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, application of statistical methods, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic data analysis scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. data analyst, business stakeholder, manager, or client)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated data analysis content
• Assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true data analysis reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical analytical procedures.

Requirements
• Experienced data analyst who instinctively spots gaps in data-driven reasoning and understands the complex realities of data analysis in a business context
• Senior-level data analyst with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing data analysis projects or business intelligence solutions
• Skilled at evaluating analytical approaches, data quality, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
