We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Credentialling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credentialing team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating provider credentialing information in our system with accuracy, verifying licensure, certifications, education, and work history for healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • **Data Entry**: Enter and update provider credentialing information in the system with accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • **Verification**: Verify licensure, certifications, education, and work history for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • **Communication**: Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies to obtain required documentation, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
  • **Audits & Quality Checks**: Assist in audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • **Reporting**: Generate reports related to credentialing status and compliance, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • **Confidentiality & Security**: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive provider information, adhering to careerzynith's strict data protection policies.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or data entry preferred.
  • **Skills**: Familiarity with credentialing databases and healthcare compliance standards, strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • **Soft Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies.
  • *Compensation & Benefits:**
  • **Pay Rate Range**: $22.00- $24.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience).
