• Accurately input customer information into the database and maintain data integrity.


• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.


• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data processing and service delivery.


• Update and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.


• Generate reports on customer feedback and data entry metrics for management review.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or customer service is a plus.


• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment while adhering to deadlines.

Expected salary: $17.25 - 24.5 per hour
