Volt Information Sciences is seeking a Data Entry Processor to join our team in California. This position will involve managing and processing large volumes of data with high attention to detail and efficiency. As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate entry of data into company systems, assisting in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data from various sources into company systems.
Ensure the correctness and completeness of data entered, ensuring no errors or discrepancies.
Review and verify data entries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Maintain organized records of entered data, following company policies and guidelines.
Communicate with internal teams to address data-related concerns or errors.
Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis tasks.
Adhere to all company confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive data.
Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in data entry or administrative work is a plus.
1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be based in California or willing to work from there remotely.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
